Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or a regulatory directive, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard identity verification and withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus Credits and related wagering progress will be forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason for closure.
Inactivity fees may apply to accounts that have been inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months. The applicable inactivity fee, where charged, will be deducted monthly from the Account balance and will not exceed the remaining balance.
